Meet Jennifer Boddie

Jennifer Boddie is a lifelong Rio Linda and Elverta community member. This is where she grew up, where she built her life, and where she is raising her family. She knows the people, the neighborhoods, and the everyday realities of living here — and that firsthand understanding shapes everything she does.

Jennifer and her husband, AJ, have built their lives and work around serving the community. Together they raise their family in Rio Linda and Elverta and have made community service a central part of their lives, both personally and through their business.

Through Boddie Family Boxing Academy, Jennifer and AJ provide local youth and families a place to learn discipline, build confidence, stay active, and discover opportunities to succeed. Their work gives young people a positive, supportive environment and skills that carry into everyday life.

Jennifer believes that living and working in the community gives her a firsthand understanding of how local government decisions affect residents. She is running for the Rio Linda/Elverta Community Water District Board to advocate for accountability, transparency, responsible spending, reliable water service, and affordable rates.
